We keep this short because we collect very little. This notice covers the website nxtlevel-tech.com and email contact with us.

When you visit this website
Our web server records technical details of each request: your IP address, the time, the page requested, and the browser and page you came from. We use them only to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. These logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
There is no analytics, advertising or tracking on this site, and no content is loaded from other companies.
Cookies
The site sets two cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, so they need no consent:
- a session cookie, which keeps a signed-in session and forms working, and
- a security token (XSRF-TOKEN), which protects forms against forgery.
Both expire after two hours. There are no other cookies.
When you email us
We use your name, email address and what you write to reply and to follow up on your request. We keep the correspondence as long as the conversation, or any work that comes from it, needs it, and longer only when the law requires it, for example for accounting. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request, or our legitimate interest in answering you.
Where your data is kept
This website runs on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Helsinki, Finland, inside the European Union. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for their own purposes, and we do not use it for profiling or automated decisions.
Your rights
You may ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable form. Email us and we answer within one month. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
Changes
When this notice changes, the new version appears here with a new date.
